Accuracy first

Every factual claim about a provider links to a source we opened, with the access date. If we cannot verify something, we leave it out or say it is not published. We prefer a specific, dated fact to a general impression.

Provider claims are labeled

Figures that providers report about themselves, such as operator counts, collection volumes, quality thresholds or throughput, are attributed to the provider. We never present them as independent results.

Robots and experience

We describe what a provider says it does and on which robots it collects or quotes. We do not state that a provider has operated a specific robot model unless the provider publishes that fact.

Fair to every provider

Each provider is described in plain, neutral language, with its strengths, its limits and the buyers it suits best. We say when another provider is the better choice.

How we use AI tools

We use AI tools to help with research and drafting. Every factual claim is checked against the source it cites before publication, and the sources are listed on every page.

Corrections

If a fact is wrong or out of date, tell us. We fix verified errors quickly, update the page's date and record the change in the page's change log.
